Good Grip Friction Products engineers alongwith industrial products manufacturers develop and test friction products which fulfill highest requirements regarding comfort, performance and wear expectancy. The prime focus of the core team of engineers, designers and technicians, involved in the manufacturing, is on customization of the products according to the client’s requirement. Infrastructure and manufacturing facility specifications:
Our infrastructure is equipped with the most modern technologies and testing facilities to provide the best quality. A team of technically sufficed personnel and expert engineers having a long experience of handling various types of orders and projects are involved in manufacturing. The quality control division is equipped with world class facilities for stringently testing the products to meet international standards.
The packaging and the transport agents take personalized care to dispatch the products to the clients in best condition.Morover feedback from clients about product performance is garnered and the engineers’ team consistently works upon to upgrade the products according to the evolving needs of the industry.
Set up in Hoogly, West Bengal, the manufacturing facility is bi-compartmentalised, one catering to the production of roll lining and the other catering to moulded lining production. Both the weaving and the treatment divisions are highly automated and equipped with upgraded chemical and heat treatment plants and automated power driven looms. The facility is further equipped with power driven press section, precision parting and grinding facility, alongwith mixing plants and grinding machines for moulded lining division. As of now, the company is equipped to annually produce 20,000 meters of roll lining and 15,000 pieces of moulded variants like Friction sheet, clutch sheet and brake block.
